Gluten-free Chocolate Pudding.

Gluten-Free Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
ďż˝ 1/2 cup granulated sugar

ďż˝ 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

ďż˝ 3 tablespoons cornstarch

ďż˝ 1/4 teaspoon salt

ďż˝ 2 3/4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

ďż˝ 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

ďż˝ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
2. Add Milk: Gradually whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
3. Cook: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add Chocolate Chips: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
5. Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract.
6. Cool: Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming.
7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
